Q: Do I need to make an appointment for my outdoor power equipment service?

A: Appointments are not required. However, if your machine is in good running condition, and you would like to make an appointment so that you can be put in the service line without your machine being here, appointments are available.

Q: How long does it take to get a machine serviced?

A: As a service business we fluctuate in our repair time based off of the machine quantity in house. We do have a technician who is set aside for basic routine services so if our advanced technicians are very backed up they can turn around the basic service within 2-3 business days on average. Please feel free to contact us with our current repair time estimation.

Q: How long does it take to get parts shipped?

A: Normal in stock parts are shipped out within 48 hours of order. If the parts is out of stock for some reason we will contact you within 48 hours with an ETA on shipment.

Q: What is the warranty on you repairs?

A: We have a 30 day warranty on parts and labor of any repair work done in house.
