Kathy is the CEO and operator of Arco Lawn. Steve is the founder and president of the company. Steve Mueller became owner of Arco Lawn in 1977 when he was 19 years old; Kathy and Steve married in the same year. Together they''''ve brough Arco from a one-man shop to a multi-employee, thriving business. Kathy is the main face of the business, handling management, marketing, and operations. Steve does computer networking and is now more involved in the IT and technical background of the business. They both continue to work together to build Arco into a better, more productive business, offering the best products and the best services to customers.
Kathy handles more of the business management issues here at Arco (although it is not unusual to see her out on the sales floor when business picks up) by studying trends, marketing, research development and other ways to keep Arco on the cutting edge of our industry, thus allowing Arco to offer the best service that customers can count on. |

He also handles most of the estimate calling if units have more work that needs to be done. Tony is the Store Manager, overseeing customer service at the counter and the entire sales floor. He also serves as Service Manager, stepping in when technicians need technical bulletins or help from factory representatives to diagnose a machine.
