This 40V battery-powered rear-handle chainsaw is the world’s first rear-handle battery chainsaw with a clutch. The 542i XP® delivers added torque and power output equivalent to 40cc gas engines. And proprietary active cooling technology delivers more consistent power and helps extend battery life. Combined with our X-PRECISION® guide bar and SP21G chain, this saw feels like gas, performs like gas, but has all the benefits of battery.
